COVID POLICY:

Once booked Lessee acknowledges that (i) while in public (including, without limitation, on and around the marina), Lessee and others in Lessee’s company and/or presence may be exposed to the virus designated as COVID19, and (ii) boating, swimming, and related activities may subject Lessee and others with Lessee to physical injury and/or death; in such regard, Lessee assumes all related risks on his or her behalf, and on behalf of each other person with Lessee, and waives on his or her behalf, and on behalf of each other person with Lessee, any and all claims against the Released Party and agrees to abide by and cause all others with Lessee to abide by, all federal and Texas state laws and regulations applicable to COVID19, the operation of said equipment and all boating, swimming and other related activities.  Lessee understands that the foregoing assumption of risk, releases, and waivers operate as a full and complete assumption of risk, release, and waiver against the Released Parties, and Lessee further agrees to indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims made by any person or entity in connection with the risks assumed and the matters described above.  Full payment is required for booking and is proof of acknowledgment of our policies.
