Throughout our years of operation, we have continued to make improvements to the marina. We strive to keep the facilities in the best possible condition. Our efforts have not gone unnoticed. In 2000 and 2010, Riviera Marina was awarded Marina of the Year by the Marina Association of Texas. This award was received during one of worst droughts and yet our marina was able to accomplish this wonderful achievement.

Certified Clean Texas Marina

Riviera Marina is a Certified Clean Texas Marina. The Clean Marina Program is a voluntary program that promotes the adoption of practices by marinas that will promote clean water in Texas. This program guidlines are established by a joint effort of Sea Grant and the Texas Commission on Enviromental Quality. Certified Marinas are required to have completed all the steps required to become a Clean Texas Marina as outlined in the guidebook. When a marina meets these standards a conformation vistit is scheduled. A representative from TCEQ and the Clean Texas Marina office inspect the facility to verify that the facility meets the standards in the guidebook.
